BRANDON, MB – The Lethbridge Pronghorns extended their winning streak to four games after completing the weekend series sweep over the Brandon Bobcats Saturday night. The ‘Horns stormed to a 31-13 lead after the first quarter, and didn’t look back winning 81-45.

Sophomore guard Ali Cameron had the hot hand for Lethbridge, putting up 27 points on 11-13 shooting, including 4-5 from from 3-point land. Lauren Taal added 15 points and Natalie Nichols contributed 13 points and eight assists.

Aimee Johnston picked up a double-double for the Bobcats, finishing with 16 points and 11 rebounds.

The win improved Lethbridge’s record to 6-12, while the Bobcats remain winless on the season. Next weekend the Pronghorns will wrap up the Canada West regular season by hosting the #1 Regina Cougars. The Bobcats will travel to Edmonton to play the Alberta Pandas.
