KAMLOOPS, BC – The Thompson Rivers WolfPack swept the visiting Brandon Bobcats 3-0 before a good crowd at the Tournament Capital Centre on Friday, 25-13, 25-19 and 25-15. The WolfPack are now 5-10 on the season, while Brandon falls to 8-7.
Kelly Asleson had 12 kills in 17 chances with two service aces for the Pack. Anne Weiss had nine kills in and 11 digs, with Amanda Frayne chipping in eight kills.
Brandon was led by Jaryn Ruether’s 10 kills and Victoria Dakin had nine kills, two digs and a block assist.
The Bobcats and the WolfPack wrap up their weekend series on Saturday at the Tournament Capital Centre. Match time is 6:00 p.m.
