VICTORIA – In just her fourth game in the Canada West regular season Aimee Johnston recorded her first double-double, putting up 16 points and 10 rebounds in a losing effort. The Bobcats dropped a tough road game to the Victoria Vikes 108-33.
Johnston also had two blocked shots and a pair of assists, while Raisa Rybinski finished with six points and seven rebounds.
The loss drops the Bobcats record to 0-4, but will look to bounce back next weekend. Brandon hosts provincial opponent Manitoba for a pair of games next weekend at home. Game time both Friday and Saturday is 6:00 pm.
