The Bobcats men’s volleyball team dropped a four-set road match to the University of Winnipeg Wesmen Thursday night 3-1 (25-17, 21-25, 25-17, 25-23). The loss drops the Bobcats record to 0-3 early in the Canada West conference season.
Jon Sloane had a team-high 13 kills to go along with eight digs and three of the team’s five stuff blocks. Garrett Popplestone put up 39 assists and Paul Robidoux had 10 kills.
The two teams will meet again Friday night at 7:45 pm in the BU Gymnasium.
