Bobcat Women's Volleyball: 0
University of Winnipeg: 3

The Bobcats dropped a road game against the University of Winnipeg Thursday night 3-0 (25-20, 25-19, 25-22). It was the third straight road-game for the Bobcats in less than a week. It was also the first three games to start the regular season.

Leading the way for the Bobcats was sophomore Meaghan Robertson with 8 kills on 15 swings, good for a .533 hitting percentage. Fifth-year left-side Jaryn Ruether had a team-high 13 digs to go along with 7 kills.

Tesca Andrew-Wasylik had 16 digs, Ozana Nikolic had 15 digs, and Ellina Domnidou had 12 digs for the Wesmen. Winnipeg played great defense all night, stifling the Bobcat attack in the process.

The two teams will meet again in on Friday night at 6:00 pm in the BU Gymnasium.
