BRANDON – The Brandon Bobcats swept the pre-season weekend series against Regina as they defeated the Cougars 3-1 (25-19, 18-25, 25-10, 25-20).
Meaghan Robertson finished with nine kills while Jaryn Ruether had eight kills and Chloe Reimer put up six kills.
Robertson also led the way in blocks finishing with five. Reimer finished with a team-high 11 digs while libero Lindsay McLaughlin had 10.
This was the final pre-season match for the Bobcats who are preparing for the regular season. Their first Canada West conference match will be on October 28 when they travel to Winnipeg to play the University of Manitoba Bisons.
