The following information is for coaches of the JV and Senior Varsity Tournament only:

Scholarships:
- Varsity coaches to submit applications on behalf of two grade 12 student-athletes or student-managers.
- Applications must be received 3 weeks prior to the start of the tournament
Home Team designation: The bottom or second team listed will be the HOME TEAM and will wear light coloured jerseys. The lower seeded team will be VISITORS and will wear dark coloured jerseys.
Game Hosts and volunteers will be present to:
- Direct you to your locker room
- Assist with medical treatment: get ice, medical/first aid help, etc.
Pre-Game Introductions (if applicable):
- Visiting team will be announced first and then the home team.
Post Game Wrap-up:
- “Player of the Game” – a game minor official will approach you towards the end of the match to get a name of a player from your team.
- After shaking hands please line up (on attack lines) and you’re “Player of the Game” will be announced.
- As coaches, you will select “YOUR” team’s player.
PLEASE HAVE YOUR TEAMS PICK UP ALL WATERBOTTLES, GARBAGE ETC. FROM YOUR RESPECTIVE BENCHES.
Closing Ceremonies & Awards (Saturday afternoon/evening)
- All-Star teams and Scholarship award recipients will be announced after the final game. Note: Scholarship award recipients will be notified in advanced and must be present to receive their award after the final game
Accommodations:
- Host Hotel for the Brandon University Bobcats is Victoria Inn. Please use Victoria Inn as your hotel destination. Book early to secure your room.
Draw:
- Will be published closer to the event
- 8 team tournament is a 3 game guarantee

Cheques payable to Brandon University… can be delivered to the Brandon University Healthy Living Centre Reception desk.
